If, like me, you haven't been physically fit since the age of nine, why not invest some time in trying to correct the situation? Probably because doing so takes a lot of time, involves a lot of hard work and costs a lot of money. Well, think again because Wellness Diary helps you keep in shape from wherever your are, using your mobile phone.
This information manager allows you to take care of your body by monitoring and controlling your daily activities. The program itself includes all the functions necessary to record your daily weight, the sports you do, your eating habits and other data such as blood pressure.
Wellness Diary is then able to use all this information to calculate stock daily activities for you to do and monitor their effects on your body. It works pretty well, but it's far from being a comprehensive weight loss tool as it lacks educational features such as a food calorie index.
As part of a healthy diet, Wellness Diary can help you keep on top of your weightloss. However, you'll still need to work hard yourself I'm afraid.
